Purchasing a THD Tribe membership gives members unlimited access to restricted, members-only content (including downloadable digital content). Because of the nature of the digital product and access to the content upfront, refunds are unavailable after purchase – all sales are final.
Member’s sole responsibility is to log in, access, and download the contents inside the membership site.
GRAPHICS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE DURING THE CURRENT MONTH
No refunds will be given for members who choose NOT to log into their account, access their membership, or download the contents from THD Insiders once access has been granted.
It is your responsibility as a member to download the files you want during your active membership term.
Access
You, as the member, are responsible for protecting the graphics you download. We highly recommend backing up your files in two places (i.e., an external hard drive and a cloud service like Dropbox or Google Drive). We are not responsible for lost graphics due to your computer crashing. No exceptions.
Once a membership is ended previous members will no longer have access to the dashboard.
T-SHIRTS
Our shirts are custom made after purchase! There are no refunds on custom shirts or fundraisers. Of course, if I make a mistake on the size or image I absolutely will fix it!
